I'm not quite sure exactly what this represents--i.e., where the bodily fluids fit in. (I'll have to google it!) You have a good range here of very complex questions (some would require a book at least to fully answer, but you can give the condensed version, I think). As you start to research and settle in on your six questions, remember to keep a range (as you've done here). Another simple option might be the author's bio and/or history of this particular work (which you get at)? I do like the shock art angle...Let me know if you have trouble finding sources.
